  1. Review current TSSP

    • Attendance Goal – 85% of our students on-track each quarter with attendance. We define on track as students missing less than 10%. As of Tuesday, September 6 we were at 96% of students On-Track (missed 5 or less days).

    • Behavior Goal – 85% of students will report feeling connected to school on a targeted school climate survey taken at the end of each quarter. The School Connectedness Survey is 10 questions and we track the data from the following 4:

      • Adults at school listen to my thinking and understand my concerns.

      • My teachers now my name and know something about me.

      • I have friends at Butler Middle School.

      • I know an adult at school I can talk with if I need help.

    • Coursework Goal: Reading – 80% of our students will be proficient or advanced on Spring 2023 RI in each grade level. All 3 grades are currently at 70+% as of Fall 2022.

    • Coursework Goal: Math – 75% of our students will be proficient or advanced on the Spring 2023 MI. Whole school is at 23% for Fall 2022 data. This test is a starting point, students are not expected to know the info yet and lower scores are expected. The Scores should increase as the skills are taught throughout the school year.
