Changes to Learning Type (online or in person): If you are planning to make changes to your child’s learning type for Quarter 3, we ask that you work through our counselors and make that request by January 7th. Please complete this form to request a change.
After January 7th, we will put all requests for midterm (February 18) or the end of 3rd quarter (March 19).
